Why are Japanese living longer? The simple answer!

Posted on Oct 21, 2024 / Society

The Japanese are the longest living nation in the world, and the reason for that is simple: the genetic tendency to live longer plus good nutrition plus top level medical care system.

The Japanese are genetically programmed to have much lower chances to get a heart attack or cancer. The main reason for that is the lower risk of getting fat if you live in Japan and do not practice sumo. Most Japanese are slim and healthy during their lifetimes, they work harder and smoke less. Providing all of the above and having one of the best medical systems in Asia, the Japanese are the world leaders in life expectancy.
